Advanced Throwing Bowls & Cups "Off the Hump" with Cheryl Costantini

Cheryl will provide a master potter demonstration and work with students individually to help bring their throwing skills to a higher level.
This will be a hands-on workshop, covering advanced, throwing techniques, as well as throwing off the hump, making identically sized items, and refining shape.
Note, students will need to purchase their own clay from Sebarts separately.
Instructor Bio:
Cheryl Costantini has had a life-long interest in pottery, culture and traditional artistic values. In 1978 she traveled to Japan to study pottery. For the next 6 years she learned her craft by working in three Japanese potteries. Cheryl’s commitment to tradition rather than trend is seen in her elegant vases and classic teapots.
