Art is in the air! New museums are popping up like daisies in a fertile farm, creating a huge demand for art. We will visit these modern palaces from Abu Dhabi to Paris, to our own Bay Area. Included will be a review of three important California collections now housed in their own new museums: The Anderson at Stanford, the Fischer at SF MOMA, and The Broad in Los Angeles. And, not to forget, our own Sonoma County Museums and galleries.
Linda Loveland Reid has been an OLLI instructor for both Sonoma State and Dominican Universities. She holds a B.A. in History and Art History from SSU, graduating cum laude.
