Looking for an inspiring place to celebrate or have a meeting?

The Sebastopol Center for the Arts offers a variety of options for renting our facilities. Choose from a wide range of rooms, as well as outdoor spaces, depending on the size and type of your gathering.  Our venue rental packages are designed to be flexible and customizable, to meet your specific needs. Our facilities are accessible to individuals with disabilities. We offer a reduced rate to non-profit organizations, members of SCA and organizations/individuals hosting an arts-related event. Sebastopol Center for the Arts is proud to share a special rental arrangement with our Military Veterans and Sebastopol Veterans (VFW Post 3919). There is a two hour minimum for each booking.

ATTENTION: ALL VENUE RENTAL INQUIRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.

Brent Auditorium

Our largest venue, with 146 person seating capacity, professional stage and superb audio/visual capabilities.

Little Red Hen Dining Room

Lively and warm, this multifunctional space is comfortably scaled for small to large groups of 50-120 guests and also offers excellent audio/visual presentation capabilities

Fireside Room

Intimate venue for small meetings and classes/workshops, our Fireside Room is comfortably scaled for 10-40 guests. Rental of the Fireside Room includes use of adjacent kitchenette, complete with electric stove, microwave, household size refrigerator and sink.

  • Package 1:  Brent Auditorium and Food Prep Area Rental Rate:  * $1,500.00 / ALL DAY (12 hours maximum usage).

  • Package 2:  Little Red Hen Dining Room, Ron and Bev Judd Patio, and Food Prep Area Rental Rate:  * $1,300 / ALL DAY (12 hours maximum usage).

  • Package 3: Brent Auditorium, Little Red Hen Dining Room, Ron and Bev Judd Patio, and Food Prep Area Rental Rate:  $2,500.00 / ALL DAY (12 hours maximum usage).

  • Full Parking Lot: Flat Rate *$350 (12 hrs maximum usage).
